National Minority Faculty Identification Program at Southwestern University at Georgetown – http://www.southwestern.edu/natfacid/ -- perhaps Cabrillo College is already a part of this?
Excerpts from the Web site:

The program is now (2004-2005) in its twentieth year of service to member institutions and minority candidates seeking first-time or advanced faculty positions in higher education. It was inaugurated in the summer of 1985 to serve as a bridge between minority faculty candidates seeking employment and institutions of higher education.

The Office of Human Resources at Southwestern University serves as the facilitator of the program. It operates on a non-profit basis.

Four advertisements are placed in The Chronicle of Higher Education each academic year listing all participating institutions and inviting minority faculty persons interested in teaching positions at the listed institutions to participate in the program.

Minority candidates can fill out the on-line vitae form that will enter their information directly into the database. Member institutions will be able to search the database and download the desired vitae. Once the vitae is downloaded institutions may contact directly those candidates in whom they are further interested. 105 institutions and 478 minority candidates participated in the program during the 2003-2004 academic year (August through May).

We invite you to participate in the National Minority Faculty Identification Program during 2004-2005. Institutions pay an annual membership fee of $200.00, but there is no charge to faculty candidates.
